Maid2Clean have been a flexible, helpful and friendly service. After some initial difficulty with my original assigned cleaner, who developed health problems I now have a very reliable and professional cleaner (Michelle) who cleans like a dream.

After a rocky start (3 different cvs proposed, the first lady didn't want to continue, the others could not come at suitable times), we finally met our current cleaner and the quality of her work is stunning. Maid2clean is a franchise, and we used to use them until our local franchise owner basically went AWOL. I only found out when the monthly payment bounced and I was told by the bank that their business account had been suspended. Head office said there were 'personal issues'. We arranged a private agreement with our cleaner from there.

I was most impressed at the speed at which they found me a cleaner who was local to me and met my needs perfectly, they are a great company, and I am Our cleaner is fab - does a great job and is very reliable. I find Maid2Clean very responsive if I ever need to contact them. When we lost our previous cleaner we had a slight delay while Maid2Clean found someone for us but we've been happy with all the cleaners we've had during our time with Maid2Clean. Booked one-off six hour clean to be followed by regular fortnightly cleans. Poor communication, multiple emails from different Maid2Clean staff asking for info already given. They confirmed 6 hour clean followed by regular fortnightly cleans, cleaner arrived, hadn't been told it was a 6 hour job. Cleaner had personal emergency and had to leave, no 7 Maid2Clean reviews.
